At Happy Heinys, we have what I consider to be the best group of seamstresses in the world. Everyone working for us is a mother with a story. Some have left frightening conditions during raging wars while others have led what many would consider the "perfect" life. The one thing we all have in common though is our families and what we want for our families.

Tep is our managing seamstress. She has been with me since I started to sell our products for wholesale. If it were not for Tep we would not be where we are today. Her knowledge of sewing and pattern making has helped us to grow and develop new patterns. It is her knowledge that allows us to make our custom products for older children with special needs. Tep manages the entire sewing operation and all of our seamstresses. I know that I can always be confident that with Tep there everything is running properly and efficiently. She is a mother to 2 children.

Lil is our lead seamstress. She is the second in command for the seamstresses. Although she is often very quiet and soft spoken she is brilliant and can do anything with a sewing machine. Even though Lil is not a "mother" of her own children, she is mother to her 2 younger siblings. Lil works hard everyday while her 2 younger siblings go to school to fulfill their dreams in the medical fields. As older sister she has taken on the responsibility of caring for her siblings as their mother would have.

Stacy is the manager of our brick and mortar store Baby Frenzy. She is mom to a sweet little girl and she gives us "older" moms a fresh perspective on what a new mom needs today. Even though she is kept quite busy with the running of Baby Frenzy, in her down time, she also helps with packing wholesale orders and anything else I could ask for.

We also have a great group of seamstresses who enjoy spending 8 hours a day sewing our products for your babies. Without this entire group of wonderful women our company would not run and it is only with them that we have the success that we do.

We are extremely proud with what and who we have become. For many years it was our goal to stay home with our babies. Keep them with us, safe and sound, watch and see each and every moment and milestone. Today as the kids get older it is ok for us to be out of the house. It is ok for us to grow. Today we are allowed to go to work, enjoy what we do, all the while still take care of our kids. It is not unusual during a day off from school, spring break, Christmas break, or summer break to have up to 12 kids running around our shop. A sick day for one of the kids yet they are not "that" sick, there is a place for them to rest plus they get all the extra attention not just from their mommy but from all the mommies. When they are really sick, mom gets to stay home and there is no need to be concerned about job security. Have a play, child getting an award, doctors appt., child miss-behaving and need a little time off just to take care of them. All of our families know that this is ok. Their family comes first then their job. We know that when mom is happy, safe, and secure about her job then we all can be happy safe and secure.

We do hope that you are pleased with our products and if there are ever any questions or concerns I am always available to help out or to address any needs. Email me anytime and I will try to help in any way that I can. I would not be here without the support of our staff as well as the support of our retailers and you our end customers.
